Today was a good day. The first day in a while (well, since I got sick) that I felt completely in control of my eating habits.
After lunch, I had a snack of strawberry chobani, almond butter, and granola:
And then for dinner, some pan roasted eggplant with marinara and feta cheese.
And also some sweet potato chips, oven-roasted! Little bit of salt and pepper, and yum. Delicious.
Today, after my run, I was a lazy bum. It was awesome, HOWEVER, if I’m a lazy bum tomorrow as well, that’s just not okay. Productivity! It’s a good thing!
Things to do:
Abs and weights to keep fulfilling my November goals.
Run? Maybe? Depending on how sore I am…
Laundry.
And a whole slew of other little things.
But for now? Now it’s time to go back to the whole lazy bum thing. Ahhhh. *stretch*

Nothing better than being a lazy bum! I cleaned the house tonight and did laundry, but I’ve been superglued to the couch for the last 2 hours and it’s glorious!

Nothing wrong with being a bum on a rainy day.
Did you make the chips yourself? I’d love to see the recipe!

The sweet potato chips look fantastic, can we have a recipe please? When I’ve tried to make chips in the oven they’ve always gone soggy!

I’m glad you’re getting back to your regular self! I’ve been a total lazy bum when it comes to running for almost a week now! I blame that stupid nor’easter that came through here this week! Grr. I really wanted to go running this morning but I don’t run by myself outside and the stupid ymca doesn’t open until 1 on sundays. I’m trying to decide if I want to go when they open for a quick run and then rush to get ready to go to work at 3 or if I should just wait until tomorrow.
I did do some at home exercises this week though so it wasn’t a completely exercise free week
Have fun being a lazy bum today!
